Hi Amy,

Good idea! Thanksgiving is very hard because most of the foods are high in

sodium and high in potassium. I eat salad, and a tiny bit of turkey. I have

to pass on the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes or yams, and no pumpkin pie

for dessert either. The most important part of the holiday is being thankful

and enjoying the company of friends and family and that I will have!

Will you please share them. I was told this that I need to have

low sodium. As you say " Please pass the reipes " ?
