Guest guest
Hi Amy, Good idea! Thanksgiving is very hard because most of the foods are high in sodium and high in potassium. I eat salad, and a tiny bit of turkey. I have to pass on the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes or yams, and no pumpkin pie for dessert either. The most important part of the holiday is being thankful and enjoying the company of friends and family and that I will have!
