Unvarying Rheumatoid Factor

Hi All

On my most recent blood results, all are normal except the Rheumatopid

Factor which is at 300. Why is this and can anyone tell me if the

Rheumatoid Factor is supposed to go right down in the event of

remission or if it still stays high during remission? What is the R

Factor? Please could somebody enlighten me?
