Amber! That's awesome! Congrats! The numbers usually mean starting

weight/current weight/goal weight or something along those lines.

daughter. In my life before kiddos I was a full time E.M.T with

American Medical Response here in Colorado. I noticed that the more

I sat in an ambulance the worse my eating habits were and the

tighter my clothes became. Then I got pregnant and forget about

losing the weight from before......I had the old and the new weight

to lose.

demographics were a lot alike and thought it would work for me too.

It did. I lost 17 lbs. in the first 3 months and felt great but the

hit the inevitable plateau and got frustrated and quit. So I

regained all the 17 lbs and then some. Then right after this last

Christmas I had a miscarriage and put on even more weight. So, I am

at my highest weight ever and have recommitted to WW and living a

healthier lifestyle.

trouble staying with my points target. I was actually only 6 over (

I used Flex Points) but got frustrated with the hard time I had. I

am an instant gratification person and felt a bit defeated today. I

did get all my waters in today and then some.

appreciate all of you more than you know. I know I have not met you

all but I feel like I know you already. Thanks for always

sharing...even your struggles help me.
