I was recently approved for the surgery and will have the procedure at the SSF Facility. The letter I have states that my appointment for orientation should sceduled within the next 10-12 weeks? Now, I got this letter over a month ago, and I've yet to hear from anyone about my pending appointments, this seem a bit outrageous to me. I mean, 10-12 weeks to book me into the orientation? Can anyone out there offer advice on how I can expedite this process? I started the ball rolling on my surgery back in December, and the jumping through hoops has been a real ride.
