Guest guest
Thanks! I am. I just feel like there have been lots of positive changes in my life over the last few years, and this is sort of my way of saying " I did it!!! " out loud. I don't know if that makes sense. It's just something I never ever dreamed I'd do and I'm going to do it! > Tory > > > All I can say to this is wow-eeee Tory. Guest guest
Aw, shucks! The feeling of a runner's high is DEFINITELY one of the perks of the sport. It took me a while to feel it, but then one day I just noticed I wasn't grumpy and forcing myself to go run, but rather I kind of looked forward to it. I also started to notice that after a run, I would actually feel BETTER than I did before I started. Hmmm... April > > > Yeah it does, April! Guest guest
I have heard that injured runners use water running so they can keep in shape while off their feet. I think that's a great idea and if I am ever there, I just might do that! > Tory > > > Thank you for posting these links.
