Thanks! I am. I just feel like there have been lots of positive changes

in my life over the last few years, and this is sort of my way of saying

" I did it!!! " out loud. I don't know if that makes sense. It's just

something I never ever dreamed I'd do and I'm going to do it!

Aw, shucks! :P

The feeling of a runner's high is DEFINITELY one of the perks of the

sport. It took me a while to feel it, but then one day I just noticed

I wasn't grumpy and forcing myself to go run, but rather I kind of

looked forward to it. I also started to notice that after a run, I

would actually feel BETTER than I did before I started. Hmmm...

I have heard that injured runners use water running so they can keep in

shape while off their feet. I think that's a great idea and if I am ever

there, I just might do that!
