They are not coming to those meetings. I saw so many old timers this Sat. at KSSF whom I haven't seen for a while. I think word must have gotten out somehow or there were just Forces at work, because a lot of these folks don't go to the regular meetings anymore. And I think the reasons are what I described. I still go to the regular Vallejo meeting and I always go to KSSF. I was going to Kaiser Oakland but my schedule has interfered with that one for some time. Also when I used to go it was a pretty rude group and I was the leader! I couldn't stop people from interrupting each other-- I wasn't a good leader at all. But I think Pascha is doing a much better job from what I hear. Anyway, you haven't lost me. I'm sure you are right in your thinking about old timers going by the wayside. That's been my experience too. anyway....I'm off tomorrow for a salmon fishing trip with my friend in San , I'm staying here tonight and have been using his computer trying to answer posts, e-mails and put stuff on the boat etc. I had too many things going on at the same time and I was worried that I came across the wrong way. Guest guest Posted August 1, 2004 Report Share Posted August 1, 2004 Hi Martha... I am hopeful that this last shot will work and will continue to work until I start losing the weight. I'm pretty sure that at least 90% of my back problems will go away when the weight comes off the old joints. I won't know if this shot will be successful for about a week. It really wasn't that painful but your leg muscles get kinda weak for a few days and the injection site is a little sore but I will survive. I bet that foot shot hurt pretty good though beings as how all your nerve endings are in your feet and hands. I'm glad that the shot worked for you. Thanks for caring.
