Is there a website where a person can enter a medical insurance diagnosis

code and

find our what the code stands for in plain English? The numbers may have

another name, other than medical insurance diagnosis code. In other words,

it's the

series of numbers that doctors enter on the form which goes to your

insurance company. (clear as mud?)
