Guest guest
People have been asking how much fat they should eat each day. The USDA has published a booklet that you can download ... http://www.usda.gov/cnpp/DietGd.pdf I searched on fat and it is mentioned many times. Maybe you can find some answers here. The USDA.GOV web site also has nutritional info for most common foods. My WW weigh in is Saturday morning. I was down 4.5 lbs this week! I suspect next week will be a plateau, but you never know. I'll just keep on keepin' on. Any other swimmers out there? Did you know you get 5-6 APs for 45 minutes' easy swim in the pool? I saw information recently which says swimming isn't good for maintaining bone density in men and women. It said I should also do weight lifting to keep my bone density up... and I should have been doing it early in life! Fortunately I was a tennis player when young, and I didn't take up swimming until later in life, so my bones are fine (according to the doc). I'm not a big weight lifter, so I've been putting off making an appointment to learn how to use those weight things in the gym. Cheers, Diane F. in Chico, CA (212/192/155) Dost thou love life?
