Guest guest
How fun! Of course I like to shop much more than I used to. Next week I will try a couple of consignment shops before I have to go back to work. It must be so exilerating to see yourself at such an amazing normal size. Congratulations on such a great accomplishment. And then I thought I'd try a smaller than large size in shirts. I'm now a medium in shirts! I knew all of my large sized shirts were fitting big, but this still amazes me! I look at the waist of those pants and just can't fathom that something so small fits around me. I haven't worn that size in about 26 years since early high school days! There is no one who could ever convince me that gastric bypass surgery was not the right choice for me. Nothing has ever worked for me like this tool. Every sacrifice, every challenge becomes worth it when I see results like this. Guest guest
OMG..Gemello that is sooooo wonderful. I think its amazing that we are going through so many of the same things...I think we are only a month apart in surgery dates. I have gone from a 30/32 pants to a 14 petite and from a 3x to a medium tops. When I do laundry and fold my jeans, I dont know whose they are for a second or two. I havent been a 14 since I was 12. I think when I have my reconstructive surgery I will be in a 10!!!! I still find myself looking in the plus sizes part of the store and then remember that nothing there fits anymore !!! A big hug your way to help you celebrate your magic moment.....Congratulations !!
Guest guest
, I relate to your post so much! I still go to Lane byrant and think im going to find stuff that fits lol. I went to the gap and was blown away that I could easily fit in to there cloths now. I am a thirft girl shopper though. I was losing weight so fast I refused to spend all that money on new cloths when in a month they would not fit. The funny thing is I find much better buys at second hand stores. I have old navey jeans ,tommy hifiler? jeans, gap jeans for like 5 bucks a pair and there all like new. I love it. I to fold my laudry sometimes and think whos cloths are these!!
