Hi ReeAnn,

Thank you for offering your services. One of the problems I am having is that

I don't know what to ask. ( pretty scary). However, the more I continue

forward, the more I learn how much I don't know. I try to learn the usage of

key words or phrases, in hopes that I seem somewhat intelligent when

negotiating with program development.

I would encourage any of you with in the Network to let me know what skills

you can add toward the growth and development of this Network. It doesn't

necessarily have to be a professional job outside the home. In the past, I

have found that stay at home Moms and / or Dads, can provide those last

minute reminders to make an event a success. Everybody's input is valuable.

This is your Network. This is your forum.

My immediate struggle is with trying to write a business constitution and

bylaws of incorporation. I am having a very hard time getting started. There

is a large check that is at stake if I can't complete it ASAP to get a tax ID

# to give to the donor.

I

can help you with the organizational part of things and the wording of

things. I am a good secretary (my former job) and I deal with people

and companies well. You just have to be able to communicate to me

what you want in so many words and I can try to go from there.

As

for the buisness constitution....... can you email me the just of what

you want said in it. like what we stand for, what are objective is...ect.

and I can try to put something together for you. But I need to know

what ideas you have going in your head and what you wnat this to reflect

about our organization.

Laws of incorporation are tricky, since I don't know what is involved with

getting incorporated. Do we have a guideline to follow?

I

know it is hard to know what to ask, but if you just write me your thoughts

I can try to sort them out and help. I don't want you to feel like

you have to shoulder this on your own. I know it is hard to know

what to ask. Just field me thoughts and questions and I will figure
