Guest guest
Looks good! THANKS! I got hits one from another list, not sure if it's the one you gals are talking about... No Pudge Brownie Recipe 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 3/4 c. flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 Cup sugar (original recipe called for 1 1/4 c. sugar but we found it too sweet) To bake the whole thing Add 3/4 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt Mix and pour into 8 x 8 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake @ 350 F for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Makes 16 brownies - 2 points each Alternately, you can make up the dry mix, then bake " individual " brownies by adding 2 tbsp of the mix with 1 tbsp yogurt. _____ From: Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2004 2:54 PM To: Serious-Weight-Watchers Subject: Re:Re: No Pudge Question Oooh if you could do that, it'd be FABULOUS!! I can't find either no-pudge OR the krusteaz up here <and I LIVE just north of Seattle too! Krusteaz is based here!> Then I could just make my own mix . . . OMW!!!!!!!! The yummiest brownies in the world. Many grocery stores have them, but they're cheaper at TJs (Trader Joe's). You can order from the website as well. They're 2 points each and they are delicious and addictive!!!!!!! You can make a batch or make them individually. I'll have to find it, but I think I 'membered to print out the mock no pudge brownies recipe someone had posted on the WW boards. It comes in 4 flavors: original cappachino, mint and raspberry. The website is: www.nopudge.com You just need the mix, plain yogurt, a pan and oven and you're done.
