Maybe try to eat more of your AP's. I know that helped my weight

loss along. Just a thought!

Have you tried eating more? I know many folks find they lose best when they

eat. Some folks have to eat every last point available to them, some have

to eat either all their flex points or their APs. While others have to eat

all of one and some of the other.

I can get away with eating every last point available and still lose. You

might have to start giving your body more to eat in order for it to lose

better.

So I'm trying to figure out what's missing. I'm journaling. I'm drinking

water. I'm exercising, but I'm being sparing on using my AP's, and I don't

dip too deeply into my Flex Points.

What else could I be looking for?

- you should be looking for FOOD! If you are exercising a lot

and not eating APs or Flex points that could be your problem - you could

be plummeting your metabolism. That happened to me - I was stuck for 3

weeks. I was one cranky and HUNGRY chubby princess. When I do not eat

my APs I end up not losing a thing. Give it a try.

The Brick Wall

I've been trying to figure this out for awhile now.

I weighed in tonight at 232.2 pounds; about twelve pounds less than when

I started WW back in April, but I'd still like to see a weight loss

better than an average of 1.2 pounds per month or so. And this is the

third weigh-in in a row where I've been at that weight.

I feel like I've hit some sort of brick wall here. My mom lost a lot of

weight on WW, averaging five to six pounds per month, as did both of my

sisters (my dad did as well, but he's my stepfather and thus I share no

genes with him), so I know it's possible within my own family.

So I'm trying to figure out what's missing. I'm journaling. I'm

drinking water. I'm exercising, but I'm being sparing on using my AP's,

and I don't dip too deeply into my Flex Points.

What else could I be looking for?

Hi , I agree with the other advice you got, you may not be

getting enough calories in. I don't remember what your exercise

routine is but why not start by using all your AP's and see what

happens. You can still use some of your flex points as well. Try it

for a couple of wks and see what happens. And let us know if you

shook things up any....Kallie
