Guest guest
Hi Tina I was wondering about you and had not seen anything from you in the posts for awhile. Sounds like you are doing really well. Glad to hear you feel well also. Thank is so wonderful that more than ten years later you were able to meet with your kids, I can not even imagine what that must of been like, you must be one very strong lady. I hope in time you get to visit with them more...............My Uncle married a wife that had two children from a previous marriage, and her inlaws so to it that she didnt get the kids in the divorce and in her marriage to my uncle she had three kids and the new kids were told about the other kids, to this day i dont know the story of how it all went, but my cousians from my uncle and her are in contact with the kids from the previous marriage and they came to all of my cousians weddings, and when we see them they are kind of just like bonus cousians, although they live out of state. Good luck in your move to Windsor I adore Healdsburg, it so reminds me of Sonoma where I use to live, but cant afford to now. Glad your doing well in your new rebirth of life Colleen Vacaville"Tina M. I am doing realy well. Haven't lost any hair yet and I am not looking forward to doing so either.I have went from a 2X in clothes to a XL and can actualy fit nicely in a size 18 remarkable. I can do sit ups again, and cross my leggs, and I can actualy jog now and physicaly feel good about it. I have been eating like a vegitarian seems like but I do eat protiens. Most the time when I try to eat protiens like chicken they feel stuck in my throat and it makes me vomit. So I only eat little nibbles here and there other than that it is salads, fruit, non fat milk, minute maid light, crystal light, propel, 98% fat free beef jerkey, sugar free jello, sugar free cool aid, apple sauce, cream of wheat, cheerios even. I love bannanas, honeydew mellon and watermellon, I avoid toast, taco salads with chicken are good but you have to take it realy slow with the shreaded chicken weird and I don't eat the shell.About the sugar thing I craved a choco chip cookie and ate 1 only 1and I had no dumping syndrom no pain no nada and it tasted good. So I guess those are ok for me now as so long as I don't endulge myself in them anymore like I use to before surgery. If anyone has heard this lately this makes a little more sence now. don't live to eat, eat to live. I have burried alot of pain over the years with food with loosing 3 children to adoption in 1989. Children I did not sign away. I found them this April 8th and had my Face to Face was May 8th. Now atleast I know they are ok and know of me and they know I care. Anyway that's it for now all take careTina Marie in Healdsburg soon to be WindsorColleen
