I'm hoping it will help my sore 'good' leg. Maybe even my rsd foot. That would be wonderful! Guest guest Posted August 8, 2004 Report Share Posted August 8, 2004 hey faith...no problemo amigo! ummm, i usually use about a cup of the epsom salt in the plain old bath tub, probably use more if you are priviledged enough to have a hot tub or whirlpool, but would really recommend you ask the manufacturers if its okay first. or someone here. maybe they'd know more about the whirlpool, me? i'm just a neanderthal in my itty-bitty tub but still love it nonetheless!! love, amy > Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted August 9, 2004 Report Share Posted August 9, 2004 It's 1-1 1 1/2 cups of Epsom Salt to a bath tub of water as hot as you can possibly stand it. DO NOT use it in any built in whirlpools/jets unless you contact the manufacturer first and ask them about it.....because it can clog up the pumps and stuff. The one I have is a portable one that sits at the top of the tub....and barely sits in the top of the water moving it around.... Which, I think that I'm going to go in and take one myself right now......cause I've done too much climbing while trying to find a place to fish. NOT a good thing.....
