Good for you April, and for some unknown reason you will probably

stop the plateaus too as your body will also be relieved of the

stress and pressures of that Elusive Number you were trying to reach.

Your post also sends off the relief you feel. Congratulations on the

loss, what a great one at that and on your goal..!!! It's funny I

did not fully feel the thrill of my goal until I got up this morning

and then I was amazed.
