Guest guest
Good for you April, and for some unknown reason you will probably stop the plateaus too as your body will also be relieved of the stress and pressures of that Elusive Number you were trying to reach. Your post also sends off the relief you feel. Congratulations on the loss, what a great one at that and on your goal..!!! It's funny I did not fully feel the thrill of my goal until I got up this morning and then I was amazed. ~~Kallie~! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " arminor75 " <apes213@m...> wrote: > I weighed in today and lost two pounds, AND DECIDED TO DECLARE GOAL! > I've been wavering between 135 & 140 for several weeks now (my range > is 116-140), while I tried to get to 135.
