We like to think of us as a big, extended family, with members all over the world (we've got a New Zealander). We try not to bicker, but our policy is if you have a problem, take it to the owners, and take it OFF LIST. I'm glad that you feel welcome, and we look forward to getting to know you better. I work and use most of my spare time to play with my wife and 3 children. I belonged to others groups that bickered constantly. I have not come across that in the hundred + posts I've read here.
