Say you had a can of salmon...

....what would you do with it? Given that you can't do anything to

increase the point value of the salmon (so no sticking it into a

casserole or anything like that).

We ended up putting it into a casserole dish with a teaspoon or olive

oil and some teriyaki sauce. It was edible, but I'd kinda like some

other ideas.

Mix it with some onion, garlic, bread crumbs, and (if needed) ff mayo to

make a patty. Cook it up and put it on a bun with fat free tarter sauce,

lettuce, tomato and onion. Mmm!
