Guest guest
Brussel sprouts have always been a favorite of mine! 's way of fixing them is great... but adding a drop or two of lemon juice gives them a great flavor too (along with the ICBINB and salt and pepper). Yum . . . and they're really low in points along with being one of the cruciferous veggies (cancer-fighting)! Bette

And good recipies with them? My wife and I like to steam them, then add a little salt and spritz them with the " I Can't Believe It's Not Butter " spray. I loooooove Brussels sprouts. -- Slainte, S. Guest guest
My favorite way to cook brussel sprouts is to place them on a cookie and mix them with some olive oil or olive oil spray (less calories ) Sprinkle them with Kosher salt and cracked black pepper and put them into a pre heated oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done.
