Carla,

I downloaded PSP8 for free from Jasc (a site online that has PSP and some other things) and with it, came this Animation Factory type thing to where I can make tags as long as I have a picture to use.

But, I haven't figured out how to exactly use PSP8 yet.....and, probably never will since I can't figure crap out on it!

I have the program Paint Shop Pro and dabble around with it. It's one of the things I do to help keep my sanity LOL. If you would like for me to make you something then just tell me what ya like and colors and stuff like that and I'll see what I can come up with for you.

Thank You Janie, I think that's it too. I've learned so much here and am

looking forward to feeling much better after almost 10 years of just

existing.

Hi Carla. Your temp is around 98 degrees around 12:30 pm probably

because you haven't found your optimal dose of Armour yet. Same with

the headache, sore neck and shoulders, etc. As you get closer to

that optimal dose, and stay on it for at least 4-6 weeks, you'll

notice great improvement in those areas!!
