Maybe a silly question?

Ok, this may be a silly question but the last time I asked what I

thought was a silly question, it turned out to be a possible problem

(ie, silent aspiration, thanks, Kirstine)

So here it goes...Is there something about mito or metabolic diseases or

something else that makes Noah always sleep with his head way back while

on his side and his back arched? I find him in this position all the

time and it looks soooo uncomfortable. I fix him and straighten him out

but soon he is back in that position. I think I saw a picture from this

group w/two boys at Disney World/Land and the boys were sleeping on the

hotel bed in the same position, that's why I am bringing this question here.
