Anyone know what the point value of a satsuma is? My research online

points to 1/4 point each, but that just seems kinda wrong.

, I know I'm new and all, but just a thought about your satsuma.

Being a satsuma is a tangerine which is worth 1 point, and if I remember

right, these particular tangerines are nice and sweet, maybe the 1/4

should have been a 1.4, maybe? In the WW Online points database, 1

large tangerine was listed as 1 point but satsuma was not listed there.

All the best,

Charlene

Thanks Charlene. Had no clue what a satsuma was.

Satsumas are also known as clementines and in the point tracker they

are:

3 small for 1 point

2 med for 1 point

1 large for 1 point

So you have to decide whether they are medium, small, or large. I decide

with the peel off because some late season ones have very thick skins

(making them look large, but underneath are really small) and early

season ones have thin skins.

Sorry, here's probably a dumb question! How did you find them or did

you know that satsumas are also called clemintines beforehand?

Just wondering if there's some way to search that I was missing or

something.

I knew they were beforehand, also the box I bought says both clementines

and satsumas.
