Guest guest
Hi.. I have my interview with Soc Security.. I had an argument today with someone when we were discussing the five-to-six month waiting period for the first check.. he insists that he knows people who got their money retroactive to the application date and I say no. I am prepared to have no income for at least six months and no retroactive. I hope he is right, but unfortunately I think I am.. can someone verify for me? Guest guest
Social (in)Security I found to be a big hassle, but when the administrative judge finally told them I wasn't faking, they did pay me a retroactive payment. As a matter of fact the lawyer I got for my case was restricted by law to 1/4 of the money in the retroactive payment and that's how I paid him. I assume it is a fairly common practice for them to make retroactive payments. > >Hi.. I have my interview with Soc Security..
