I had my gall bladder removed, too. Yes, it most likely does come from poor

eating habits. All the cheese I had, burger from the fast food places and

anything else I can think of.

WW is a wondeful program. It is more than that. It is a way of life and I

think of things that I did not do before. Of course I don't deprive the things

I want like a blueberry muffin I had from Starbucks today. That I guestimated

as 8 points. I am not sure if it were, but it sounds right. The blueberry

muffin from Eat N Park is 5.

The whole key is to try to do the best you can on this. I know I do. I

have been doing it for 3 years. Not a long time, but long enough to know how

much my lifestyle has changed for the better. I was in the mood for pizza

tonight, but DH did not want to call in for dinner lol. It was not a special

occasion. Sunday it should be lol as it will be snowing. Dinner might be called

in.

I am going to go. On this note, have a happy weekend. Enjoy your time.

Enjoyurweekend,

Cyrella :)

The blueberry muffin at Starbucks is as follows:

Blueberry Muffin (380 cal/19 g fat/1 g fiber/49 g carbs) 9

Nine points. If you go to www.dwlz.com and check point values before you

head out the door, you'll be better prepared and won't get surprised by

pointy snacks that didn't seem that bad. Just click on the " restaurants "

link and go to your favorite restaurant. She has most chain restaurants

there.
