Not sure if this will help but I started drinking diluted grape juice.

Now I drink regular grape juice (probably going to start diluting it

again). Around six months in of strict SCD, I started getting a crazy

appetite and I ate a lot--and maintained it. That stops eventually.

I've read other posts similar to this. Maybe if you try some diluted

juice or fruit, it would help with the cravings.

I agree, grape juice really helps sugar cravings. Plus, it still

tastes very sweet even when diluted. I don't think I'll ever go back

to full strength, because I'm satisfied with it as is.

Meringues also were good for my sweet tooth, and I'd just limit myself

to 2 a day. They're a pain to make though, so I usually just have a

teaspoon of honey instead.

And finally, peacan butter brownies. So delectable! Even eating just

1/2 of one is great!

I've been feeling intense sweet cravings with a lot of bloating, gas,

and about 5 pounds of weight gain. I'm trying like heck not to overdo

my sweet indulgences but I find myself craving them so bad, I'm

scared if I don't eat something sweet, I'll cheat. I'm hoping this is

1 year die off and it will go away soon. This has been going on for

about a month. Lots of intestinal noise (gurgling) and constipation

has accompanied this. This is what I've been indulging in.

Nut butter with honey added

Honey in my coffee

Toasting pecans in a skillet and adding raisins and honey until hot

I probably eat the toasted pecan concoction 3 or 4 times a week and

I'm using honey every day. I'm really trying not to overdo it, but

the dreams are back and I'm just scared I'll cheat because I do have

SAD food in my house for my little girl.

I know this doesn't help you and I'm sorry. I just don't know what to

do. I know I'm just feeding the bad bugs when I need to be starving

them. <sigh>

Could be 1 year flare and resurgence of yeast/bacterial populationcreating the sweet cravings?Maybe you should try some of the natural anti-fungals:NATURAL ANTIFUNGALShttp://www.pecanbread.com/new/Sup1.htmlNatural antifungals include garlic, oil of oregano (OoO), Olive leaf extract (OLE), caprylic acid, Grapefruit seed extract (GSE).The natural antifungals should be rotated.---Also coconut oil. Thanks for the advice on the antifungals. I think you're on to

something with the yeast because I've been extremly tired and foggy

headed lately. Didn't even think about it.

I'll def try some antifungals. I already use coconut oil.
