Guest guest
I honestly would have to ask him how you are to know if your blood sugars are under control if you don't test. Because extreme highs and extreme lows can cause some off's in an A1c. Just an Idea.... You may want to find out about what your insurance covers, and get a meter that way... Guest guest
I was in the 200's last January and my doctor didn't tell me to get a glucometer -- I wish he had. As soon as I got one 2 or 3 months later, (I just guessed I would get one -- he never told me to) I got my BS down close to the 120's and felt MUCH better. Suggest you test until you see how you feel at 120 or lower and try to maintain it. Guest guest
Becky Have you tried ssnacking on low fat, low salt popcorn? Doesn't seem to hurt me, even in large servings. Lowers my morning BS. Janie > > I get better control.
