Yes. Nowadays you can find it there, Marie. Long time ago you had to go to

Health Food Stores, but now normal groceries offer rice milk, soy milk, etc.

My mom doesn't like it, uses milk at her house, but I think the taste grows

on you. I gag if I can actually taste milk in something, blah!. I used to

be a strict vegan for many years, you remember me back then in those days,

right, but I soon discovered the convenience of not having to grind my own

wheat for breads and .make everything from scratch. I fell off the wagon

before my spinal surgery a few years ago, needed to gain weight, and I

succeeded quite well in gaining 20+ pounds because of it,.:) Now I'm too

spoiled with convenience to go back to eating like that. Rice milk stayed

with me though.

And Lori, I haven't had Rice Cream in a while, I admit to a spoonful of

regular ice cream now and then as a treat, but I remember it being very very

good. Maybe not as creamy as Dreamery Haagan Daz, but alot " cleaner " tasting

on the palette. Maybe like a good sorbet. I think you might have to go to a

HFS for this though, not sure?!

Thanks Jennette, Ill look for it:) Nothing is as creamy as Haagen Daz(thats

funny, geez can you just imagine Haagen Daz with hot fudgeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:)

I think i could OD on that but it does leave a greasy feel on your lips and

mouth:( We have several HFS here ill have to lookie see. One store is

soooooooooo wild. The owner is a nice guy and he has every herb underthe

sun. Anyway, he wants to meet me. He does this for clinets, intervues them

a long time then mixes up special capules just for you. I have heard great

things about his work cuz he does toothpaste and mouthwash and my sister is

a hygenist and she has told me that the results are amazing. I have never

made an appointment with him but i should. I think that herbs are capable

of a lot, im just not very experienced with them and i may end up bald and

purple footed:)~~Lori

have you ever tried the Pacific brand of soymilk?? I like that kind best

Hey Lori,

I enjoyed your comments about the food network. I,too, enjoy . How are

you about Emeril? I used to food tv in the late 70's before there was a food

channel. Are you a cooking or eating enthusiast or both? Happy food

journey, Vicki

The vanilla that I got yesterday is pretty good... This will be the brand I

stick with for sure. I mixed it with water and a handful of frozen fruit and its

pretty good... when I add some yogurt and ice its going to be a fantastic

shake... I know a couple of you were wondering how they tasted.. not bad... The

chocolate I need a couple of recipies .. I will try it later mixing it with

water and I am sure that will make all the difference. Enjoy!
