I bought some " rice dream " (vanilla flavored) yesterday, its a milk like

beverage made with brown rice, tastes great, wud make good shakes plus has all

the calcium and nutients minus the soy.

Ive tried abt everything but not that, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! I will. I once

made home made yogurt, turned out great but weird to make!

this is great to make , have you ever tried it?? You cook a 1/2 cup

It sure is, I just discovered it yesterday! I'm behind, newed to drink up.

I've been drinking that for 20 years, !:) Try Rice Cream in place of

In soymilk brand is everything:( So many are barfy thin, brownish yucky

stuff. Do you get the brand Pacific??? there?? Their plain is even good

but the vanilla and chocolate flavors are great too. Im like and Im

leery of soy with NF as well. ~~Lowi

You know how they put humorous lines at the end of each section in the

cook book? That could be Marcus' input. " How to get the most use out of

your toothbrush " would be a good starter!
