Before I had left the office, My Doctor gave me a Pnemonia Shot....saying that it will help keep not only pnemonia away, but also other kinds of infections.

Well, When the Nurse gave it to me, it immediatly started burning....which she said was normal, and that today it might be a little sore on that spot and a little red.....but that's it.

Ok.....I couldn't go to sleep last night because my WHOLE arm hurt! shoulder to hand. Now, once I got up....I can't even move it! That is how bad it is hurting!!!!!

Tonia,

I got the Pneumonia shot last October, both my family doctor and RSD specialist recommended it and the flu shot, family doctor gave me the shot and I never felt the needle but it did burn which he said was normal. My arm was terribly sore for over a week, doctor even had me come back in so he could check it, even my fingernails hurt afterward from there to my shoulder but it did eventually let up.

My doctor told me that it also helps keep other infections away along with the pnemonia.......and, I'm really hoping that it means sinus and ear infections!!!! I hate both of them, but always get them.

Tonia,

Almost every winter I get bronchitis, constant sinus infections along with the ears. This past winter I had a few sinus infections but they did clear up fairly quick with antibiotics. I didn't get bronchitis once which was great! One thing our family doctor has told us is not to use the wood stove and it would cut down more on the sinuses, since we have total electric house we still have to use it.

Glad to hear your arm let up!

Sandi,

It finally has stopped hurting thankfully! I'm really glad that I don't have to have another one for 5 years! ouch.

I can't get the Flu shot unfortunately.....(GOOD!! I hate shots!)

Eggs makes me sick to my stomach. I can eat them if they are cooked in something.....but I can't if they are fried or hard boiled.

That's the one thing I'm totally out of luck on....getting rid of the wood stove. Gene absolutely refuses to get rid of it, even if we ever do get a Furnace.

Not only that, I'm allergic to 3 certain trees.....and, of course, they are the main tree's in our area and the ones that Gene cuts and burns.

So, I will never get lucky enough to have my sinus's and allergies get better.
