Guest guest
Allan, My favorite way to cook fish is to bake it. I use salt, garlic powder and pepper and then slice onion and bell pepper ring over and then pour spaghetti sauce over the top of it all and bake. I also see that you are only 1 month out so you may want to wait a month or so before trying it. Good Luck to you. A. B. LAP RNY 3/22/03 Dr. Steve Weinstein, MD. Guest guest
, Try poaching, your fish. Put about half inch of water in a pan with your seasonings and let it boil, then put your fish in and cover. let it cook until desired. Guest guest
I'm not a big cook so I found the easiest/fastest way to cook my fish is this: I take a filet of Talapia, put a lemon slice & some sprigs of dill on it, enclose it in a piece of tin foil, put it on a cookie sheet & cook for 9mins @ 400 degrees. Fast, barely any clean up and super yummy! Angie > , Try poaching, your fish.
