Allan,

My favorite way to cook fish is to bake it. I use salt,garlic powder and

pepper and then slice onion and bell pepper ring over and then pour spaghetti

sauce over the top of it all and bake. I also see that you are only 1 month

out so you may want to wait a month or so before trying it. Good Luck to you.

My surgeon told me that baked fish is good for me starting at one month...

, Try poaching, your fish. Put about half inch of water in a pan with

your seasonings and let it boil, then put your fish in and cover. let it cook

until desired.

I'm not a big cook so I found the easiest/fastest way to cook my fish

is this: I take a filet of Talapia, put a lemon slice & some sprigs

of dill on it, enclose it in a piece of tin foil, put it on a cookie

sheet & cook for 9mins @ 400 degrees. Fast, barely any clean up and

super yummy!
