Update on Mark/No Meds, No Doc, cant type

Hi everyone,

Hope that all of you are doing better than Mark is right now. I had

to get on here for him and let you know what is going on.

So far the atty has not gotten the letter that would show just what

happened in this big fiasco. He is awaiting that to know what his

next step is.

He has no meds at all now and cant even type or use his right hand.

His daughter is finally back home with him and I know will take good

care of him.

He is feeling so bad and so used and mistreated by the company he

works for. I know others have experienced bad things with their

employers also.

Now knowing that the doctor who has basically ruined his life is in

CT and never has met or examined Mark in anyway, I dont understand

how his opinion is valid about anything. I really dont understand

why Mark's GP who has been treating him well up to this point could

just drop him and leave him with no meds after a surgery like SCS.

The surgeon cant be reached until Wednesday this week and I dont

think he can make it that long.

Jo, I told him to go to the ER and he is a stubborn man. If there is

anything that anyone in the group could do, not just to help but

even offer support or laughter, please do so.

I get on here and read others stories and have gotten to know some

really good people here. I never ask anything for myself because I

see others with much larger problems than my own.

I care for Mark deeply and he has proven to be a true friend. I

would hate for this to turn into a depression he cant get out of and

thats what I am afraid of.

I love all of you here for so many different reasons. There may be

other RSD groups but I know that there isnt a better group of people

than the group we have here.

If you are one of the newcomers, I welcome you and hope that you get

the same type of support that I and so many have gotten. Im not

online everyday and hate that I miss some of you and dont get to

speak or post for everyone. I wish I could. I do have all of you in

my thoughts and prayers every single day.

I dont know Mark very well but I've been keeping up with his posts

and hope that everything turns out ok for him. People here have been

so supportive of each other and he's always got a great sense of

humor that makes me laugh whenever I see one of his postings!

Take care Mark, things will get so much better!
