Wow Amey, I don't even know what to say...that is absolutely ludicrous!! Can't they arrest him on kidnapping charges or something?? I don't understand how someone can get away with that...unbelievable. Sorry, I'm just so shocked over here. If there is ever anything I can do to help...I don't know what but anything on the computer or whatever...let me know. I wish I could help in some way. All I can do right now is keep you in my prayers and just listen if you ever need to talk to someone. Hang in there.

lori, yeh lifes a mess. and i tried everybody. i even went as far as to write letters and send the custody orders and childsupport papers and everything in gods creation bout the case to the state senate, child services of county AND state and red cross, family and youth svcs, the govener, judges, lawyers,dr's, the state capitol (trenton) family svrcs there, attention deficit chapters, obbsessvie compulsive chapters in florida and NJ and PA, and the schools system in my town and supervisors and the state capital school thing and alot more i just cant remember and i got NO ANSWERS yet i mailed them all out in Dec. 2003! I spent soooo much money on manialla envelopes and postage and copies and phone calls its not funny!! and then i sent out more stuff to the same people i already sent to, to see if they recieved my stuff and if there looking into it in march 2004 and no answers or a phone call! i cant beleive it, NO ONE CARES! i thought id at least hit a heart string

It would seem to me that if you have full custody you shouldn't have to pay for an attorney - could Child Services help you or anything?? I don't have kids so I don't know exactly who can help you but there must be somebody. That just breaks my heart...I'm in shock reading that. Maybe someone in the group has ideas of where to go for help?

As for not being able to afford someone I can understand that, I'm so broke all the time too. I work but live alone so I have to pay all the bills and all the medical bills. Do you have health insurance? I don't mean to pester but you have so much going on, I'm just trying to figure out a way to get you some help. You can always vent away here, I dont mind, but I also worry about you. Hang in there, I hope you are having a good weekend. I'm going to take a break again.

That is terrible, really just awful. I can't believe they are doing this to you...you have so much to deal with as it is. There has to be somebody who can help you with this, even though you can't afford a lawyer. I wish I knew where you should go for something like this, but I don't have any kids so I don't know. If you can think of anything let me know, I'll do anything I'm able to do. About your car and everything, I really hate those kinds of days...you wish you could just crawl into bed no matter what time it is, just to get the day over with..lol. I hope today went better for you.
