Hi ,

You can go to www., find our group called 'rheumatic'

and search the entire archives on there. Haven't checked if you can

actually download all the messages but searching the archive online

would suit your purpose. Let me know if you need any help.

Feel free to ask your questions to the group. There are new people

continually joining this list who will benefit.

If you have access to a linux box, a MacOSX box, or know how to

install Perl on your Windows machine, you can download and run the

2mbox script:

http://www.tt-solutions.com/en/products/2mbox/

Hint: Use the following commands once installed on a linux box:

batch

perl 2mbox.pl --delay=30 --user=(yourusername) --pass=(your

password) --x- rheumatic 1>stdout.out 2>stderr.err

By running the batch command you can log off and come back in a couple

of days when it's finished running. It is very important to have the

30 second delay otherwise you will keep running into 's data

transfer limit.

I have used it very successfully to build up a huge archive of the

Group: Alternative_Medicine_Forum - I even placed those archives

online at: http://elfstrom.com/amf

login: amf

password: library

But you need a program that reads the mbox format like Eudora to

import the messages.

Thank you for your kind encouragement, I will then try to use as

well every chance I get to ask as good questions as I can ...

I was interested in downloading because I use a Telephone Internet

connection which I pay by the hour and it does not come cheep ...

I will do so when possible, eventually with Perl as indicated,

meanwhile will use online, WHAT YOU HAVE BUILT HERE AND THE

PEOPLE YOU HAVE GOT ARE FANTASTIC, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING !!!
