I get the electrical jolts quite often. Can be resting on the sofa and ZAP !!I get those too also the muscle spasm, especially when I am trying to go to sleep all of a sudden my legs will jump on leg then the other or both at the same time, its a lot of fun NOT.

& Lin,

I get the same thing, have for a long time. They are no picnic that's for sure.

The first time I had one was the day after CT surgery (1997) doctor said it was nothing to be concerned about. I get them throughout my entire body, sometimes one leg then the other decides to join in. My right hand/arm are the worst areas. One night last week I got them in my feet while in the spa, that was a first since the warm water normally is relaxing.

When you get the bad jolts does your hand claw more or foot turn inward?

I am wading thru emails since having computer problems, hopefully now fixed. If I missed anyone, please know it was not intentional, when email piles up it is difficult to catch up.

Sandi,

Good to hear from you again!!! I haven't really noticed but next time I have them I will. What I hate the most is the spasms, one leg will jump then the next one, or both of them go together. I feel like a fish floundering out of water.

hope you are having a low pain day,

Lin
