Guest guest
Dawn - Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your eyes. With regard to eyesight, can I ask a huge favor of you and some of the other folks here that typer "in color?" Sometimes the colors that you use make it difficult to read the post. While I bet it's fun to have such a wonderful palette of colors to choose from, would you mind terribly picking colors that are perhaps darker and easier on the eyes? I would hate to have to miss what you are writing. Thanks - Barbaradawn lorenz wrote: Hi Everybody,
Guest guest
If you all don't mind...may I also ask something? I will assume that this is only an issue for those of us that choose to read posts on the group site rather than emails, but here is a problem that I have. Does anyone else have this problem? Many posts are not completely readable to me cause of a little advertisement that is on the right hand side of my screen that cannot be closed or moved. The text does not wrap when you do posts by email so the advertisement covers part of the message. Teri Hi Everybody,

Guest guest
Lin, Actually, I was expecting something to happen. It's the 3rd year, and the one birthday I've been dreading.....so, I just knew something bad was going to happen. Every 3 years, for the past 9 years, I've gotten bad news in one form or another within the month before my birthday. 3 years ago, July 13th, 13 days before my 27th birthday, Physical Therapy handed me a cane and said Happy birthday. My 24th birthday, I got the verdict that my teeth was beyond saving due to being too soft to handle any caps, crowns or fillings and they'd all have to be pulled. My 21st Birthday......wow...that was the biggest bad stuff. Sami was born 2 months before my birthday...May 24th, a week after she was born, I was just a very few hours from death due to the UTI I had for the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy went into my blood stream and the nurse told me straight to my face (I was complaining that I wanted to go home cause I had a new born to take care of) that in less than 2 hours I would be dead if I left......and 3 weeks after that, I found out my Gallbladder had to come out......and I spent June 30 and July 1st in the hospital. So, I just knew that I was going to hear something in the lines of bad news......but I was hoping that the news of the Diabetes would be later in years......like in another 10-15......around the time I have the infamous "Mid-life Crisis!" Never fails....... Tonia -------Original Message------- Tonia, A lot of adult diabetics can control by diet alone, so hopefully you can do that. The are also oral diabetic drugs, It all depends on how much insulin yours pancreas is releasing. Diabetes has been in my family, and my husband's family. So I will keep you in my prayers that you won't be a severe diabetic. I am sorry that not only do you have to deal with all this RSD crap now you have a couple of other problems too. Hang in there we are here for you.
