Guest guest
Check out some of the journals that are being posted for good lunch ideas. Also, something that helps me with lunches is making my own to freeze. If I have leftovers from cooking at dinner, I put them into a freezer container for lunches later. Like today, I had spaghetti and meatballs with some broccoli/cauliflower salad for only 8 points total. I made the spaghetti and meatballs weeks ago and had some of the b/c salad left from last night (better the second day anyway!). Something else that I do for lunches is to take a potato and microwave it right before lunch. Top with FF sour cream and a little grated cheese for a yummy and filling lunch. Good Luck! |--------+-----------------------> | | " Henry " | | | <henryel@musc| | | .edu> | | | | | | 05/01/2002 | | | 12:12 PM | | | Please | | | respond to | | | wwliterside | | | | |--------+-----------------------> >-----------------------------------------------------------| | | | To: wwliterside | | cc: (bcc: -C /BRE/AGFA/US/BAYER) | | Subject: RE: Re: For Margot - WW | | cookbooks | >-----------------------------------------------------------| i used to eat salads for lunch, what things would you recommend thanks erin >>> susan@... 05/01/02 12:05PM >>> Hey , I agree with everyone else, save those points for the evening. You should try to eat something that is high in fiber to help fill you up at breakfast or lunch. It satisfies you longer.
