When you have time, go through your recipes and start making things you love in advance. You might want to surf the low carb recipe sites for new ideas. If you have good low carb choices, maybe you will choose them instead of the bad things. Maybe your kids can do without some of the foods that are magnets for you. Congratulations on your loss. Beth ok yesterday i got so mad at myself and i didnt snack when i got home and i am down 1.5 lbs since yesterday . i am good during the day i had two eggs, two bacon chicken salad for lunch insides of a double cheeseburger from mc donalds and tuna and shredded cabbage and tons of water but then when i get home i ususally eat bad things so i can do this now ...i can think of my trying to get in a bathing suit. not a pretty picture catherine Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
