Guest guest
OOooooo. I forgot about that one! Heck, I eat it cold from the can, hardly able to wait til it's cooked. Okay, okay, mine's second then! Tam Re: What is your favorite veggie (s) and how > I'm confused. How can zuccini be God's finest veggie when that title > belongs so clearly and unquestionably to (insert Angel voices here) > Asparagus??? Haaaaaa, Angel voices singing, pretty funny. Asparagus is also my favorite veggie, but I don't have it often because it's expensive. Canned asparagus is " okay " , but I've never seen frozen asparagus, I wonder why? Anyone else ever notice this? gail Diabetes homepage: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/diabetes/ To unsubscribe to this group, send an email to: diabetes-unsubscribe Hope you come back soon! Frozen asparagus is available in the Frozen section of grocery stores where I shop (even the mid-size ones) . . . most commonly in boxes, e.g., Birds-Eye, etc. To my taste buds, the canned asparagus is nasty but the frozen is better than nuthin'. Guest guest
Fran, I won't judge you, but o how I judge Brussel Sprouts! Ick!!!!!! The only way to eat them to me, is to bury them under Catsup. Course, my friends call me weird, I don't like rice pudding, cheeze whiz, orange marmalade, fruitcake, or eggnog...and dang it if they like everything i do not. OKay....i gotta go chomp some celery to get that bad taste outta my mind. lol. Tam --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
LOL @ Tam... I have a real addiction to brussel sprouts. I could eat them daily with every meal. I love them on cottage cheese too. I also like them sauted with onions and put melted cheese on top. I could make a whole meal out of a bowl of them..lol fran If you judge people, you have no time to love them.
