1 oz blue cheese-3

salad greens-0

lots of vegies-0

dressing-4

18 croutons-1

1/2 of an apple-1

2 skinny cows-4

total points-26

range 28-33

guess I am under points and did not get my other dairy in today did get my fruit and vegies in all at dinner my dalad was enormous.

drank 80 oz of water and took my multi
