Thanks Laurel, your so sweet. It was a very special time for us. You

might think this is corny, but when I was dancing with my husband (who

turn 80 today),I realized I loved as much then as I did the day I

married him (43 years ago), and I told him this as we were dancing,

really broke him up. I am such a romantic!!!!

As for Mom, she had her biopsy this afternoon, and she came home crying,

they hit a nerve and she almost past out. They will tell us what the

results are in a couple of days. After watching the MDA Telethon and

seeing what she is going thru, I truly have to count my blessing having

PLS, and only walking like enstein.

Thanks again, and I will keep you informed.

over Ya!

Rita

Till next time!

Rita,

BIG Hugs to you and your hubby! I will keep your mom in my prayers

and I am so sorry it hurt her so much. I had a mammogram last month

and when they had to redo one breast, they hit a cyst and I started

crying--man did that hurt!!...and I ain't no wimp! lol

Rita,

You and are so sweet..........and so fortunate to have each other, and that

kind of love.

I am so sorry your mama had such a rough time with the biopsy. Let's hope the

news isn't too bad. Why do old people have to go through such pain? I am

praying that, (as hard as it will be), my parents just don't wake up some

morning. Both at the same time. They will be so lost without each other after

59 1/2 years together.

I am often thankful to have PLS (or HSP, whatever it is) rather than some of the

other stuff I see dear people battling. I found out a few days ago, that a 12

year old boy, who is the son of a friend of mine, just got diagnosed with Acute

Lymphocytic Leukemia. Knowing what I know about Leukemia, it is not good to

have the Acute kind. My son, who is now 30, (bless his heart), has been in

remission for almost 2 years from his chronic myelogenous leukemia. I thank God

every day for that.

Blessings to all battling PLS, HSP, whatever, plus all their family and loved

ones battling all the other stuff.

I love you all,

Laurel
