Thanks to all of you who visited our stemcellaction website - we

believe its an important, non-patisan effort. When I sometimes get

really down and feeling sorry for myself, I always tell myself - it

could be worse, it could be my son or daughter living a disabled

life, and it helps me back to reality. Many of you with PLS are

parents, take a moment and think of all the other " normal " parents

out there whose kids have juvenile diabetes, systic fibrosis,

muscular dystrophy, and lukemia - THEY are worse off than us! At

least most of US have had the opportunity to live " normal " lives

until PLS - and now our lives are, well, just different. Stem cell

research and therapeutic cloning MAY be the best hope for helping us,

but this research IS the best hope for helping these kids and their

parents - worldwide. Please think about this when you step (or

wheel) into the voting booth next November.

Thanks again,

B.

Thanks for your reply about Annie Hill.. I guess I didn't know about the

change of diagnosis and thought she would be around for a while. I am sad I

never

got to meet her in person when she lived so close, but happy to have met her

online. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Thanks

To all who have responded,

So, I don't clutter up all of your emails; everybody that has sent me emails

gave me advice and the stories of their disabilities.

So, I don't send out redundant emails, thanks to everyone in the group! Looks

like everyone is in the same circumstance and they have more knowledge than all

the doctors I've seen.

Maybe I've found a home even though I don't like the home! But, the people

are all good!

I sent an email this evening to Dr. Fink since I go to the University of

Michigan Neurology clinic and he looks like he has much more answers than most

Neurologists.

Thanks again
