Guest guest
Arlene, I take no meds during the day but I have no spasms anymore either. I do my excersies, well stretches. I feel that really helps and I'm up and down during the day and stand on my legs a lot during the day. I still firmly believe that if you don't use your legs they become worse. That's just my opinion........I take bacoflen only at night if I have done a lot during the day.....Flora

Guest guest
Yes, you can build muscle- the issue is not a relaxed muscle but relieving the spasticity enough so movement can occur at all. Strengthening exercises are very helpful if the nerve conduction is sufficient to move the body part and if the exercise can be done without becoming exhausted.
