Guest guest
Hi , Personally I'd recommend just taking as many natural anti-inflamatories as you can. Some I can think of off the top of my head are: Flax Seed Oil/Fish Oil, Bromelium and Ginger. Guest guest
Hi , I know if this were me, no way would I lower that much. I may do 2mg but never more and here is why. Every time you lower the pred, you absorb more antibiotic( I did) and you herx. If you add that to the rebound..oh boy! Rheumos do not feel we have an infection soooo they do not get this part of it and when I tried to explain it I should have not even tried. This does happen and I just do not want you to be set back and then either upped beyond 20 or put on something else. Just be very careful and I was told to wait for 4-6 weeks before the next drop. I was on pred 17 yrs and it took me over a year but I got off without a flare. Just sharing my view on this.
