Guest guest
Hi Dana, Call the health dept ASAP--and call the apt mgmt and let them know what is happening. The pools are supposed to be one of the amenities that entice people to choose that complex over others so it make economic sense for them to hire a lifeguard providing company that will make sure the health rules are followed. The co that provides the lifeguards is just setting themselves up for some major lawsuits. I'd also call any sort of consumer advocate on any of the TV stations or whoever deals with their health issues and tell them about it. Tell any of the print media also--embarass them into doing what is right. I know at our neighborhood pool the lifeguards check the levels hourly to make sure it stays in the guidelines. I've seen them do this myself and really appreciate what they are doing. This year the pool is going to be open on weekends thru the end of Sept--which is wonderful as it stays hot here til Oct!
