Oh dear, that is probably way too low a dosage for it to work for you. You

can't order from MYRXFORLESS? Yes, trouble getting to sleep and staying

asleep BOTH can occur in hypothyroidism. I found when I was low that taking

a couple aspirin at night really helped me go to sleep, but I still woke up

too often. I still do a little but not as bad as I used to be.

Taking some melatonin, something our body naturally produces, could

help with sleeping. I generally fall asleep 30-45 min after taking

it.

I've ordered some 5 htp and will be trying it out once it comes.

I'm having a problem staying alseep more than 3 hrs.

I was taking melatonin every night. It didn't seem to help one way or the other

tho. Not even if I took it with Valerian capsules after drinking Sleepytime tea.

Some nights I still need to take an Excedrin PM. Hate taking those tho as I feel

so groggy next day. I've found that taking my liquid calcium formula before

bedtime on an empty stomach helps me get to sleep just as well or better than

all of the above. Once asleep, I don't wake up for about 6 hours which is

enough.
