Guest guest
A couple of people here a while back said flax oil or seeds & soy of any kind makes hypoT worse & interferes with natural thyroid (Armour) intake for all people all the time. So not to take them Maybe one of them will confirm this. CAP *New blood fat values Flax seed oil interferes with ARMOUR working properly? How's that? Is this for everybody all the time, or just some people some of the time, or just a minor effect or what? ~inga

If I remember correctly, I think Cutler recommends taking choline instead of just lecethin.... Hmmmm...I should ask ...she is real up on the problems with soy and I do remember her telling me about soy being bad for the thyroid and to look our for ANY soy based product. Soy is supposedly just trash that has been remarketed to sell to us becasue they can use it in lamost anyting make money on it. But she is a big proponent of flax seed oil as is Cutler and jsut about everybody else I know of. Omega-3 oils are so beneficial.... Yes maybe somebody will chime in and share with us what they know about it in relation to thyroid....would really like toknow. ~Inga Get unlimited calls to U.S./Canada <http://us.ard.yahoo.com/SIG=12c0ooebq/M=296572.5585671.6651487.3001176/D=gr phealth/S=1709251082:HM/EXP=1101017163/A=2343726/R=1/SIG=12ijac2h8/*http://c lk.atdmt.com/VON/go/yhxxxvon01900091von/direct/01/ & time=1100930763668816>
Guest guest
The Udo's Choice essential oils I have been taking have soy lecithin oil in it among others. So I switched to buying the cod liver oil & haven't taken that yet because of the mercury scare. I have some black current oil & we can take evening primrose oil we buy both separately. But is that enough of the Omega oils we need?
