Guest guest
Marla and everyone else: Marla, I reviewed this message that you had written here in December. I don't know if you read any of my e-mails that I had written about that has to do with what you had written in purple below. But I'll say something about this and never again. I've had tested postive for this H.pryori bacteria about 5/6 times over the years perhaps as far back as the late 1980's. I've taken various antibotics to try to have this "licked" or elimated. This however resurfaced over the years with positive antibodies for this an indication that this is postive testing result. Like I've stated before perhaps why this has resulted in a postive testing because of having pencillian (antibotics) resistantent bacteria because of over use of antibotics over the years for different reasons. This an more than likely my immune system went "hairwire" to cause this resurfacing of this bacteria or the combination of the two scenarios that causing this to happen since the mid 1990's. As far as this pepmo stuff, doctors have told me this is better for a person who has this H.pryori in their body or stomach because it helps kill off this bacteria. Tracie, If I came across to you or to anyone else that I was "bitching" in that e-mail, I'am sorry. There maybe had been and well as now that can't respond at the time or even now. As far as taking any advice, I've had or at least I've had a desire too. I'am just having a "wee bit" time in my life trying to resolve things. I don't have my Dodge Daytona no more because of the engine fire. Kathy and Reba always seem to me they want to have use of the car they bought this year (1999 Chevy Calivaler). We don't have local telephone service no more and Kathy doesn't have her cell phone use no more either. It's hard to get around the town to ride the bus when you don't have money or not enough. Taking up time doing these paperoutes take time away in itself. Pursuing my Soc. Sec. Disability claim would be a waste time and I know it would be disapprove for the third time. From what I've read before in people's e-mails that what they are going through and the difficulty that they are trying to get disability income, it makes it even more reason this S.S.D.I would be disaprove for myself. Take my word for it, what sarcoid has done to myself or/and what it is doing now; everyone that is in this group let alone anyone who has multiple symptoms going on in the world would take my symptoms verses their own symptoms. Take my word for it, what this stomach trouble that I'am having now and even more the potenial for bleeding ulcer and extreme high risk of getting Stomach Cancer that YOU DON'T WANT THIS AT ALL. Okay, some who read this maybe you're thinking that I have ANXIETY about what could happen in regards to my stomach. Well no more than a person having ANXIETY about having seisures, strokes, etc. because of sarcoid or from anything else for that matter. This what has happen over the years for me is not the same thing like if any person in the group gets an stomach ulcer from taking long term use of something like Prednisone. 24 years of having this ulcer crap as of this month. Yeah like I said before, "It's a miracle I haven't develope stomach cancer let alone an bleeding ulcer" over the past 5 to 10 years. Tracie, I won't discuss this no more. I may decide to stop sending anything for awhile or altogether anyway. There has been times when I read about what , Joan, Rose, Ester, and yourself Tracie what had/or has happen that all the restraint that I could put upon myself to NOT to cry after reading these things people had written. Times I wished I'd respond to what someone had written, but never seem for most of time I'am at this computer to have enough time to gaither my thoughts and write to what someone had said. Signing off, Marla Bramer wrote: , Hi I’m the one that mentioned Pepto Bismal should not be taken with stomach problems, since it contains some of the same chemicals in it as asprin has. I have worked in the Medical field for 27 years, and about ½ of this was in a clinical setting working directly with docs, this is where I learned this. Joan, is right there is an antibiotic that takes care of H.pyroi, there is also a test to determine if that is what you have. Maybe you should be tested, then if positive be treated, and talk to your doc about Pepto. I’m only trying to help with what I know, sorry if I upset anyone!! (, I don't think I said anything about you not taking pepto bismol...there was another post that mentioned aspirin being in pepto bismol.) In fact a doctor told me that some part of it kills off this H.pyroi bacteria that makes the ulcer symptoms worst.
