Guest guest
Yes (that helps), Janie. Thank you!!! I believe that it was mentioned that one will benefit from Armour's calcitonin by taking it sublingually but not by swallowing. Is this true? Is this true? There has been a member here who was swallowing her Armour, yet her bone density still improved. But I do believe that you will get the maximum effect to your bones by doing the sublingual method. Janie
Guest guest
I have a silly sounding question. If I dissolve the armour in my mouth, do I have to wait an hour after it is gone to eat? I read it could take an hour to dissolve and I am not up two hours before leaving for work. Does taking it subling (whatever that word is LOL) mean you don't need an hour because it didn't go through the stomach?? > Be real brave...LOL! > ~Inga > > > > Gotcha. I'll see if I can deal with the ickiness ;-) > Thanks, > > > > > >
Guest guest
This is a good question. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer. Perhaps someone else does? > > > I have a silly sounding question. If I dissolve the armour in my > mouth, do I have to wait an hour after it is gone to eat? No. And by the way, why not get up, get ready for work, eat your breakfast, brush your teeth, and then stick that tablet between your gums and inner cheek as you leave........works like a charm.
